The introductory materials include comments on expression, tone, and pronunciation, with Trimble's remark that "utter accuracy in pronunciation" need not be achieved. WorldCat records indicate that the score was first printed in 1958 (in facsimile), and that sound recordings were published in 2001 and 2017.
