- Published
- DAIA 62.13 (2002): n.p.
- Description
- Examines Chaucer's uses of the terminology of dreams, his sources of this terminology, critical approaches to dreams in Chaucer, and Chaucer's "handling of dream incidents and narrative themselves," arguing that Chaucer is "reticent about providing clear and certain instructions about the nature and significance" of dreams. Dissertation originally presented at the University of Alberta in 1970.
