- Part 1: Semantic categories of vocabulary are useful in tracing Chaucer's macrostructure for CT. Using a computerized morpheme dictionary, Phelan traces medieval static macrostructures such as the seven deadly sins--a deductive approach to his recommended thesaurus construction.
